S.E.E.D. WORLD MISSIONS

SEED Missionary Aid Association has been blessed to have been "Sowing" for the past 31 years. Throughout those years, literal tons of literature, Bibles, and clothing have been sent to the furthest corners of the earth. We have strived through the years to bring the lost to Christ; Educate them in the truth; Equip them for their own walk, and Disciple them that they might lead others to Christ. There are many who are Church of God (7th Day) ministers to whom we send supplies and support, but there are many more who, through the power of the Holy Spirit, and the study of God's Word have found the truth regarding Christianity. These are those who have found the power and purpose in lovingly obeying God's laws when they are revealed. We are a lifeline to these people and have helped steer them into the larger Church of God fellowship.

This is only a partial list of where SEED has been sown. God alone knows how many more places where the wind has scattered SEED.

In any given six month period over the past many years, approximately 150 to 200 packages have been sent overseas. Some of the unusual things that have been sent is an old treadle sewing machine with which the recipient set up shop as a tailor; grape juice has been sent for the Lord's Supper; literal seed for a communal garden; eyeglasses for those who do not know what an optometrist is. Assistance has been given to help repay personal loans due to sickness or when a pastor has borrowed because of a crisis such as a fire, flood, or tsunami! SEED has helped procure motor bikes and mountain bicycles for pastors in overgrown jungles and in desert places.

Some requests go unfulfilled and those we leave with God. For example a few years ago, when SEED was less financially fit, a young pastor and his wife pleaded for us to help them with a prosthetic leg for one of their five year old twin daughters. Although a search of resources was conducted, SEED was not God's answer to their needs. Since that time there have been many
legitimate requests, including the ever increasing need for sponsors of orphaned children around the world. Within the past two decades, diseases; catastrophes; and persecutions have hit third world Christians hard ,so we thank God for our native ministers who have reached out to care and share the love of Jesus with these little ones. They all need our prayers and support. A donation of $20 goes a long way towards supporting a whole family for a month.
